Database error when I try to open PT

I was having trouble with my pokerace HUD but now I think the problem is PT. When I open it it gives me an error message that says:

"Unable to connect to the database.

101 -SQLSTATE = 08001
could not connect to server: Connection refused
(0x0000274D/10061)
Is the server running on host "lolcalhost" and accepting TCT/IP connections on port 5432?"


Any thoughts on the problem? Thanks in advance :)

The error means that the PostgreSQL service isn't running.
Restart the computer and try it again.
If it still gives the same error, go to the Start menu and select Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
Find PostgreSQL in the list and try to start it. What happens? Does it give any errors?
