Full Tilt Observed hands don't work

hi,
Full Tilt Observed hands don't work on my pc, it worked perfect on my laptop but it doesn't work on my PC

Click the help link at the top right corner of the FT auto-import window and make sure you have it pointing to the EXACT folder that it details there and not the folder with your player name in it.

no It is really weird, maybe full tilt doesn't store it for me properly on my pc ?
because I get the hand history from hands I played but not from observed
have WIN XP BTW

Open the auto-import window and click the Enable Logging box.
Start the timer.
Open some tables to watch.
After 5 minutes, click the View Log link on the window and then copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply.

As it says in the help file and I said it in my first reply, you are not supposed to be pointing PT to the folder with your player name in it.

If you point it to C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory then it will work fine.
