Error trying to create batch file

I am trying to restore a database, and I receive the following error message when I select the database for restore.

All that is trying to do is create a .bat file on your harddrive. Are you using Vista? If so, are you running PT using 'run as administrator'? If not, does the user account you use to run PT have permission to create files on your hard drive, in the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder?

Yes I believe so, I use XP and I only have 1 a11ccount so it has to be administrator.

I may have renamed my PokerTracker folder... could this be the problem? How would I fix/or check that?

Yes, that would be a problem. Rename it back to "Poker Tracker V2"
