problems importing hand histories from stars

i seem to have posted this in about 3 places,i need to learn to read better.
basically up until today i had no problems importing pokerstars hand histories but today no can do
i am using 2.17.02.a
i did notice one change while playing though i was continually asked wether to show my hand or not

Is it giving you errors?
Does the auto-import window say hands are being imported? You need to be more specific than this.

auto-import window says no hands imported and no error message

no hand history files have been created/updated since the last import.

Did you check to make sure that PokerStars is writing the hand histories to your hard drive?? If PT is telling you no files are there then it doesn't sound like they are. Are you using Vista?

no i am not using vista,at least i do not think so.yes i think you are right about pokerstars not writing the histories to my hard drive but how come i could do it yesterday and not today,have i clicked a button at stars to change things maybe?

Click the help link at the top right corner of the PokerStars auto-import window in PT and see the directions there for how you have to tell Stars to save the files to the hard drive. If you already have it setup this way but they still aren't saving then you'll need to contact Stars support to see what the issue is.
