PT2 Converting DB to PostgresSQL.

I want to convert the PT2 DB to PostgresSQL.
I've read that I need to install PostgresSQL 8.2 version.
I've already installed PostgresSQL 8.3 version (because Im testing the PT3).
Can I run the PT2 with the postgresSQL DB?

PT2 should work OK with 8.3. There is a small issue with some tournaments that I have to fix for the next patch but outside of that it seems to work OK.

How do I convert my PT2 database to PostgresSQL? I also already have postgreSQL 8.3 installed from when I installed PT3. Sorry if this is an elementary question - I'm a computertard.
