Processed HH but can't see Ring Game Stats

To preface, i'm Noob =) with PTO.

I've read the FAQ (for PTO similarly PT), since I'm a Vista User I'm running as Admin,

and I assume since my Raw HH from my Full Tilt HH folder successfully processed and completely moved to the Proccessed HH folder, I'm in the clear.
I go to the Ring Game Statistic Window and can't see anything. No ID's on the very left, just blank forms across the tabs. I go to Preferences and click Remove Filters.
All dates, along with any boxes are Unchecked.

Where did I go wrong?


One more question: How do I replay hands in a Graphical Hand History Replayer within PTO?

You didn't get any import errors when the hands were imported? You can check by looking at Utilities > Error Log/Maintenance. If there are new errors listed there let me know what they say.

To replay hands click the small "r" button above any data section that lists individual hands.

I just played a couple more hands on FTP.

I closed FTP, then opened up PTO -> Auto-Import FTP HH's

[x] Move processed files after...

Clicked on "Force Import"
Import Finished - 3 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.
Starting import, 3 files found...
User manually triggered import... [Current Date & Time]
Waiting to import...

Now before I closed the window, I went to see the 3 'raw' HH saved by the FTP client. They are there.
After closing the Auto-Import window, they disappear. Where are they now? They are in the Processed Files HH folder.

I immediately check the error logs. None displayed.

File -> Ring Game Player Stats

I click on "Remove All Filters" (All boxes are unchecked, Use Player Filter is unchecked)

Session Dates -> "All Dates" (is bubbled in)

There are 0 Players on the left Column and no stats to speak of in any of the Tabs.

Pretty much the same story in the Original Post. Please help!

Import Finished - 3 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.

That means no hands are being imported which explains why you aren't seeing any stats. Open one of the processed hand history files and copy/paste one of the hand histories here. Also, what version of PTO are you using?

I find it strange that my files are not being 'processed', but are being moved from the Raw FTP HH folder to the Test FTP Processed HH Folder.
At least that means my paths are 'correct' if they are 'reading' the files and are moving the 'processed' files from Raw to Processed Folder, even though
"Import Finished - 3 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.".

What folders do you have set up to get hands from and to move processed file to? I need both complete folder paths.

What is the complete version of PTO you are using. 1.13.??

What email address did you use to register PTO? I have no record of this one.

hi mike, thanks for reply.

man, i didn't know that 1.11 was so old.. it was only .02 away from the most version? =). i haven't updated it b/c I didn't use the program (I played No Limit Texas Hold'em), now i do (Play Omaha).

i've used too many email addresses because spam would become insane on them. i might have lost it? especially it being so old now.

is there a way to use product id for email registration, i paid it through an online friend (who doesn't use the program) awhile a go.
