Pokertracker 4 not responding

Today PT4 stopped opening again. The process just hangs in the Task Manager, and the program never actually launches.I'm pretty sure it's trying to connect to a website on startup and gets stuck. Could you please make it so the app doesn't connect to any external sites when it starts? Or at least add an exception like if site not connected, so the program bypasses the check and opens regardless.

PT4 freezes on startup (Task Manager only). In the logs, it completely stucks at this exact line:2026/09/17 12:41:54.080: [- Main -][Registration] counter1 = 0xdc000000, counter2 =The only thing that helped me launch it was using a VPN. It seems like license servers are blocked in my region (Russia).
