trouble with tourney stats

I do not think poker tracker is grabbing the tournaments completely for my true poker account. My hud is working fine, no trouble with the hud. My trouble is with the tourney stats part in the "view stats" part of pokertracker. I can't filter the time period for the tournament part. I try to but then no tournaments show up. Also most of the tourneys are under the "$0.0" for buyin, which doesnt really make sense, unless im missing something. There also appears to be a 50k and 100k buyin tourney in the stats part as well, which cant be because I have never played tourneys with that high of a buyin.

I cant see my ROI stats from tournaments from true poker, is basically the issue.

Detailed tournament results are not currently available within the files WPN clients provide but any tournaments with incorrect data can be manually updated in PokerTracker 4. You can also open a Support Ticket to be notified of any updates in this regard. If you are having an issue with filters you can please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on.
