trouble importing a HUD

Im trying to install a pt 4 HUD that doesnt upload. No one else has this problem. ! downloaded latest pt 4 ver. Any ideas?

You have a custom column conflict because cnt_wtsd_won_when_r_bet already exists in your database so before you can import that HUD profile which contains a custom column of the same name you will need to delete that column along with any others that conflict.

great but i don't have a clue on how to do this. do i delete this line from my database? if so what is this line in plain terms without all the symbols. maybe you can do a walk thru for me.

You can edit/delete/search your custom columns (they are in blue) via 'Configure -> Statistics -> Columns' and then '$' or 'T' depending on whether this is a cash game or tournament HUD you are trying to import:

OK went to custom columns in Statistics for tourneys.This is the only one I found. cnt_wtsd_won_when_r_call there are 3 comands listed under the columns heading but nothing that says bet. Also I can't delete or edit this file to say bet. I'm runing Postgres ver 9.3 which is quite old. Should I replace it with the latest one?

Can you please enable logging, try to import this HUD Profile again and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket:

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. In addition to the log file attach the HUD profile to your message as well.

Opened log file but the only thing that shows is an archived file and it's empty. How about I do a complete delete of PT4 then download a fresh one?

Then you didn't start PokerTracker 4 with logging enabled. You either need to do that via your Windows Start Menu or go 'Configure -> Options' in PokerTracker 4, turn on 'Logging Enabled' and then restart PokerTracker 4:

Please do not uninstall or delete anything. Other than sending a log file and the HUD profile to us the only thing I can suggest is:

1. Starting PokerTracker 4.

2. Select 'File -> Open User Data Folder'.

3. Close PokerTracker 4.

4. Go into the 'Data' folder.

5. Rename the 'StatDefinitionsCustomized' file. This will remove all custom statistics and columns from your PokerTracker 4 (do not delete the file in case you want to revert).

6. Restart PokerTracker 4 and try to import the HUD Profile again.
