Observed hands are deleted from time to time

Hello,
the problem is that I am missing observed hands. For example I have observed 300 hands of a player the next day I play against him it shows that I have observed like 50 hands. How can I solve this problem? I am saving hand history/tournament history for 999 days on pokerstars

Can you please give more specific information detailing why you believe this to be the case either here or privately in a Support Ticket.

How exactly are you compiling this data and over how many sessions? Only a limited number of observed hands can be imported from PokerStars per session.

Is this in your HUD and/or reports? Are you using any HUD filters and/or report filters?

This isn't relevant as PokerStars do not save observed hands to your computer. Observed PokerStars hands are imported via the 'Memory Grabber' in PokerTracker 4.
