Cash Game HUDs Misplaced

Hello,

I downloaded today the holdem trial version of your software before deciding if it's worth buying or not. I can't get it to work properly on cash games on Pokerstars. Unlike in tournaments where the HUD is displayed neatly under each player, for cash games the HUDs are random, meaning if I look at the HUD next to a player it's not his but some other player's from the table.

Please can you advise how this can be fixed as it's annoying to say the least.

Also, I'd like to know in what menu of the tool I can see how CBET stat is defined/calculated. I'm asking because I know for sure I made a raise pre flop and then bet again after the flop but the stat didn't change in the next hand. In HUD profile editor if I click on CBET I can't see anywhere how it's defined.

Lastly just some feedback, I understand it's a trial version and you want us to purchase it but does the red font on the table need to be so big it covers the bets from the players at the top of the table?

Are those regular or Zoom cash games? What table size(s)? Are you using any preferred seating settings in PokerStars? Is that setup in PokerTracker 4? Bear in mind in Zoom you are auto-centered by PokerStars regardless of your preferred seating settings (if any):

If you have selected specific preferred seats in the PokerStars software then this overrides the "Always Auto-Center Me" for those tables sizes (on non-Zoom tables) so we recommend that you select "Always Auto-Center Me" in the PokerStars software, enable Auto-Center in PokerTracker 4 and don't select any specific preferred seats in PokerTracker 4 or PokerStars.

You can also manually move the HUD to new locations on the table if required by holding the Control key while dragging the HUD or you can click the PT-icon and select 'Unlock Layout' to move the HUD around on the table without the need to hold the Control key. When you have your HUD placed where you want on the table you should save it by clicking the PT-icon and choosing 'Save Layout' so the new HUD positions are remembered for future tables.

Also, I'd like to know in what menu of the tool I can see how CBET stat is defined/calculated. You can view those details in 'Configure -> Statistics'. If you have a specific query regarding a hand and how it's counted then please attach it here or privately in a Support Ticket.

You can move the trial banner in the same way that you reposition the stats in the HUD, although the position of the trial banner will reset its position periodically. It is unfortunate that we need to add this type of protection, but sadly we do. I will try all the things you mentioned. In relation to the error I tried non-zoom table and I tried different sizes. Also tried restarting the app and the tracker but still I had the issue. I didn't change anything relating to table positions I just left defaults but I will try to do as you said.
