Tournament All-In Adj and All-In Adj BB

*Disclaimer: I am surely aware tournament play is not linear and the stats i mention best work in cash games, but i still want to analyze my tournament hands in terms of equity.

While trying to analyze my collective tournament play as well as individual pocket hands i have come across the following issue:

Using the All-In Adjusted gets heavily affected by pots in later stages of tournaments, as in losing or winning million-chip worth pots overshadows all tournaments on early stages where pots are worth few hundrent chips.
Using the All-In Adjusted has the opposite problem, where if win a 300 BB pot having KK vs AA would give me a lucky +240 all-in ajd BB overshadowing all the 10-20 BB important late tournament allin pots (still prefer it to chip all in though)

Is there a way to "combine" those on a shared gravity stat, or some over stat i have missed that you can suggest in order to analyze allin equity in tournaments?

Ideally some ICM stat would work, but since tournaments are not properly recorded (at least at pokerstars that i play at) and information like number of entrants is always wrong or missing, i do not know if such stat is possible.

Unfortunately ICM can only be calculated for final table hands and I don't know of any method that's going to give you this kind of statistic.
