Partypoker HUD not showing

Hello guys, for the past few days I can't see the HUD in some tournaments on the partypoker.fres software. I have been testing on the low stakes tournaments, like 0,5€ or 1€ and it shows perfectly, but when i tried to play some 20€ tournaments the last sessions, it doesn't show anymore. In every other platform (888, pokerstars..) I can see the HUD in every tournament and every stake i register into, so its a Partypoker related problem. The strangest thing is that it shows no error in the import log of the hand and it shows that Pokertracker is tracking the hand, but the HUD doens't show in the screen. I don't know if it could be that some tournaments have now their title underlined, but I want to know if anyone here has the same problem or if the developers are awared of this issue.

This doesn't appear to be a known issue so can you please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of the table(s) and the accompanying hand history files saved by partypoker. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
