I just got a new computer, (an Acer), uninstalled PT4 on my previous computer, and when I download PT4 on this computer, it tells me I'm somehow using an invalid registration code, even though I'm copying and pasting the same code. It's aggravating. Anybody know what the problem is?
I have sent a copy of your original PokerTracker order confirmation email containing your PokerTracker registration code in a separate email to you so copy/paste the code from that email. If you still get an "Invalid Registration Code" error restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu and then send us this file in a
Support Ticket:
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then refer to
this guide. Also let us know in the ticket if you are on a work computer or something where you log in to your work's network before trying to use/download PokerTracker 4? Are you going through an Internet proxy, running from within a VPN or using a mobile hotspot? Any of those could cause registration issues.

A new computer isn't going to know anything about the hands you have played on a different computer. If you still have the previous computer you can transfer the data using backup & restore:
Guide: Backup & RestorePokerTracker 4 also archives your hand history files and those can be imported using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' if you have access to them:
Guide: Processed FilesIf you no longer have access to the previous computer then your poker site(s) may be able to provide you with copies of your hand histories.
