NEED HELP!!! Problems with postgreSQL

Hello everyone

have been having problems with my hand history for some time.
PT didn't invite any of my played hands into my course.
Only manually send my hands into my history (marked hands).

Well, I thought I would install PT4 + postgreSQL, hoping that after a new installation everything would work again.

Since I also uninstalled postgreSQL (which was a mistake), I now have connection problems...

I manually downloaded PostgreSQL and tried to install but don't look through what i should do.

I hope one of you can help me.

Uninstall whatever version of PostgreSQL is currently installed and then download and install PostgreSQL v9.6 from here. PokerTracker 4 doesn't support anything higher than v9.6 at this time but please note that if you want to try and recover your original PostgreSQL data then you will need to reinstall the same version you were using before. When installing PostgreSQL use "dbpass" (no quotes) for the password boxes which is what PokerTracker 4 uses by default. If PostgreSQL does not install successfully then send us this file in a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\Temp\install-postgresql.log

If it installs successfully but you cannot connect restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu and then send your log file and PostgreSQL log files to us:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

But now i have this problem:

An error occurred in an internal database import thread.

Exception: Unable to connect to database: emmet075

I have delete all Data, but how can i continue to play with my profil (emmet075)?

In PokerTracker 4 select "Configure -> Site & Import Options -> Preferences" and make sure the "Databases" boxes both have "Current Active Database" in them.

If you still have the original hand history files you can reimport from those using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed
