Poker tracker dont track boutys winamax

My poker tracker dont recognize my bouty prices... just the itm without Bountys.
Someone with the same proble?

an answer in portuguese or french will be better but english is fine too..

As far as I am aware Winamax do not always include that information in their files and you can review those for yourself with a text editor such as Notepad. You can manually update tournament information in PokerTracker 4 but if you need further assistance then feel free to send a sample of these tournaments to us in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed
