Hud not showing

Hello, I have installed PT4 and configure it for pokerstars and acr but they arent showing on neither. What should I do?

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so both hand histories and the poker client need to be in English. Once that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking "Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing" and after taking a seat and playing a hand you should see that get imported and the HUD appear.

If you need further assistance please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on here. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Ive done all of the above, still nothing is changing, prob persists. Ive sent a ticket and hopefully prob will be solved
