PT4: Error duplicating key values violating unique constrain

Hi,

Any assistance here would be hugely appreciated.

Been running PT4 for around a month with zero issues playing micro-stakes zoom on Stars (2NL/5NL).

I had to re-register using my reg code this morning, and since then I am getting the following error:

Error: PokerStars: Unable to import hand (#223985734059). Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: COPY cash_hand_player_statistics FROM STDIN;; Reason: Error: (ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "cash_hand_player_statistics_primary_key" DETAIL: Key (id_player, id_hand)=(4, 2) already exists. CONTEXT: COPY cash_hand_player_statistics, line 1 )


Could anyone please advise? Would be greatly appreciated.

In PokerTracker 4 click "Database -> Database Management", click your database then "Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild". Be prepared for this to take a considerable amount of time if you have a large database, so you'll want to run it when you're not using PokerTracker 4 for a while). Make sure that your computer does not power itself off or go to sleep while it's running or you will need to run it again from the start. If that doesn't fix it then restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu, reproduce the problem and then send your PokerTracker4.log file to is in a Support Ticket.
