Transferring from Mac to Windows

Hello,

Apologies if this has already been covered, spent 10 minutes trying to find a post relating to this exact problem but couldn’t find any…

Transferring from a Mac to a Windows Laptop, and I’m trying to transfer my PT4 data (and other files) to a hard drive, to then upload to my laptop. However, it won’t let me drag the info across…tried a few things and it just doesnt seem to let me…

Any ideas? My computer knowledge is very basic, so not sure if that’s a reason…

You are not going to be able to copy most folders directly from Mac to Windows as they are different operating systems. To transfer your PokerTracker 4 data from Mac to Windows you can use backup & restore - see this guide:
