Just to make 100% sure. Heat maps only show hands that go to showdown right?

Or is there a visual way for me to see hands that I personally folded in a specific situation like BB vs BTN 2bb.

If you mean the 'Holdem Hand Range Visualizer' report then when being used for Hero it isn't specific to showdown (unless it is a statistic that requires getting to showdown) as all of your hole card data is available.

Or is there a visual way for me to see hands that I personally folded in a specific situation like BB vs BTN 2bb.

Add the 'Fold vs BTN Open' statistic to the report via the spanner icon, select it and disable the 'Small Blind' checkbox.
