PT4 NOT WORKING FINE IN NORMAL TABLES AT PS

Hi, PT4 is working fine in zoom tables but not in normal ones.
When I enter is appering the hands of the players I have on my Database but the HUD are not in his right place... Also the HUDs are not uploading the hands I'm playing. I mean , if I have 300 hands of the villain, after playing 10 hands the hud still showing only 300 hands.
Same happens with new players joining the table after another players left... The hud of the new players are not appearing.
In the prefered seat I put always autocenter me...
Also I rebuild the cache of my main database...
Im playing ipoker network and there is no problem and all is working fine..

I wait for your answer, I don't know what to do more

PD: in zoom tables , the positions of the huds are correct, but is not uploading the new hands to the huds...

The HUD cannot work on normal tables and/or rotate to your preferred seat if hands are not importing (the HUD can appear due to some observed hands importing via the memory grabber) and it will not update with new hands on Zoom tables either so please make sure that PokerStars is still creating and saving hand history files and that everything is configured correctly in PokerTracker 4:

If it's set to save the hands then is PokerStars actually creating the hand history files on your computer while you are playing? Go to the folder set in PokerStars and there should be a folder with your player name and inside that folder would be the hand history files. I've seen on occasion hand histories not save to the default location (C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\{PokerStars Skin Name}\HandHistory) so if that's the case try creating and setting a custom hand history folder (e.g. C:\StarsHH) instead in both PokerStars and PokerTracker 4 (Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars).

If you need further assistance report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file and screenshots of the following windows:

1. "Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History" in PokerStars.

2. "Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars" in PokerTracker 4.

thanks for your help. now the huds are appearing properly.
The only thing that doesn't work properly is the update of the hud hands. If a new player enters the table for which I have no hands, their hud appears at 5-8 hands and then updates, but more slowly than normal.
I'm rebuilding the caches of all my databases.
Do I have to do something else to stop this from happening?

So we can see what's happening here and advise you accordingly please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

i have another problem with pt4 that has appeared yesterday while playing zoom. Seem like not all the hand are register.When i look at the session, nothing happear like i have not played. the other thing is that not all the hand are register. I played 2 sessions and the last one what about 3.4k hand and my graph only show 2692. Yesterday i had the same problem seem like not all of the hand i played were register. Am i the only one having this problem?

Make sure you are not using any filters otherwise please send us all relevant information about why you believe hands are missing, the hand history sample provided to you by your poker site and a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window in a Support Ticket.
