HI , today i bought the PT4 (small stakes , the one that costs 65$)
The problem is that i encounter this every time i try to run it

PokerTracker 4 doesn't support PostgreSQL v13. Our current recommended version is PostgreSQL v9.6 which you can download and install from here.
