Cannot launch poker site from PokerTracker 4

Hi everybody,

so I am not really a tech guy so this might be a simple question (I hope).
I configured 888poker and the importing of hands works as well as viewing live tables on the tracker itself.

However, I cannot launch the 888poker software from PockerTracker 4 and this might also be the reason why I do not see a HUD.
Any help/ideas?

No, that would not affect the Hud. Launching the poker software from PT4 is not required. Launch was mostly related to the old TableTracker functionality which is no longer available.

The most common cause of the Hud not working (if your hands are importing) is having your poker software installed in a language other than English.
If that doesn't help, please make sure that you are running our latest version (v4.15.29, available on the PT4 Download Page) and then Tutorial: Reporting a problem so that we can check your log files and see what is going on.
