Laptop System Requirements for PT4

I'm having to buy my horse a new laptop to grind on (yes, they smashed their last one :? ).

What are the minimum specs that we need nowadays to have PT4 running smoothly while 4 tabling cash games on stars/ACR, also running starscaption and discord in background probably. If I was buying for myself I'd just buy top of range so I've never had to worry about minimum specs before.

Most CPUs and GPUs on modern laptops will be sufficient for that but in terms of performance the most important aspect is having an SSD (with sufficient storage for needs) and after that RAM.
