results tracking

help needed please,, since the last update pokertracker has stopped tracking my winnings,, it keeps track of my buy ins no problem but no matter where i place or what i cash for it is not tracking the results, its seems it is getting hand histories properly as everything is working perfectly apart from this, it every so often will track the odd bounty ive won here and there but again this is not happening very much,,thanks in advance guys

So we can see what's going on here please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket along with a sample of your hand history files. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
