hello! I had to format my computer yesterday and I did a back up, but when I restored I dont get recover my hands. when the restore finish a windows it appears to me which says something like if i want: " undo restore the backup " or something similar, what can I do to get back my hands??

In PokerTracker 4 go to 'Database -> Database Management' and attach a screenshot of the window that opens there.

Thank you. Can you please enable logging in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging'.

Next restart PokerTracker 4.

Move your backup file to the root of C:\

Run the restore process again and uncheck everything under 'Optional Files'.

If the database does not restore successfully save/send us this file in a Support Ticket before you restart PokerTracker 4:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
