PokerTracker freezes while playing

Hello community!

When I start playing poker on "Lottomatica" Room (GTECH) , after some hands Pokertracker just stops importing them into the software and the HUD stops updating the stats of the players.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Please make sure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 otherwise enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket along with a sample of those hands. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
