ACR not importing hands correctly (Seemingly)

Having an issue with PT4 Not showing any recent hands played under "View Today's Hands"

I previously played on Ignition using their software and had to download a hand grabber app to get zone hands.

Switched to ACR and for some reason its not showing the hands imported. Any help would be appreciated. Im able to see the Blitz table im playing on and can even see its recording how many hands ive played. But for some reason its not displaying them under the section I mentioned above. Any help would be appreciated.

Under import status I'm seeing the number of hands and it shows the same number of errors so something must be going wrong. Thanks for any help.

Make sure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 otherwise please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see the details of the errors you are receiving. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

So I haven't done anything different since last night, I've simply logged out of both ACR and PT4 and opened up the apps again and its logging hands now under "View Today's Hands". It does take a bit longer though than it did when I played on Ignition. (It was almost instantaneous upon completion of the hand on Zone Poker)
Is that normal? Also is there a way to adjust the position of the HUD when playing on tables? Sometimes the values listed get in the way of the players stack or the message box etc. Thank you for your reply!

Yes although if the delay is more than a few seconds for each hand then that could indicate a problem. After you complete a hand then PokerTracker 4 can only import it once the complete hand history has been written by the poker site and how long that takes isn't the same for every site.

Also is there a way to adjust the position of the HUD when playing on tables? Sometimes the values listed get in the way of the players stack or the message box etc.

You can move the HUD to new locations on the table by holding the Control key while dragging the HUD or you can click the PT-icon and select 'Unlock Layout' to move the HUD around on the table without the need to hold the Control key. When you have your HUD placed where you want on the table you should save it by clicking the PT-icon and choosing 'Save Layout' so the new HUD positions are remembered for future tables.
