I get an error when I load ACR

I am getting a Java error whenever I load ACR. It is something to do with hand history. No one else on ACR is having this issue, My hand history is being kept on ACR but my HUD doesn't work and PT4 isn't catching my hands. Help!!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: Could this be an error with PT4??

That isn't a PokerTracker 4 error. Have you tried reinstalling your ACR software? If you need further assistance with that error then please contact your poker site support but if your poker client is saving hands correctly and PokerTracker 4 isn't importing them then make sure you are using the latest version otherwise you can report that to us in a Support Ticket with your log file so we can investigate:
