Problem pt4 not importing hands!

today pokertracker 4 is not importing hands , on any table, cash, zoom or tournaments.

Hud is not working aswell

on winamax, i have everything set up perfectly, but hud is not working and pt4 is not taking hands

You said 'Zoom' and not 'Go Fast' so I had to assume it was PokerStars without further details. Is Winamax actually writing the hand histories PokerTracker 4 needs on your computer? Winamax support are aware of an issue so if that's the case with you that would require a fix from Winamax. If the hand histories are being created and they are not importing please report it to us in a Support Ticket with your log file and the hand history files the Winamax client saved to your computer:
