ACR/WPN Players not updating after table change (tournament)

When I am moved to another table in a tournament, the new players are not detected and the HUD stats stop updating. Please help, thanks!

So we can see what's going on here and advise you accordingly please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. When this issue occurs then after playing at your new table for a few minutes create a Support Bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4 and attach that to a Support Ticket.
