PROBLEMA PARA RECONOCER MIS NICKS

Buenas .
Tengo un problema con pt4
Estoy jugando y carga todas mis manos y el HUD se ve ,aunque le faltan muchos datos.
Cuando acabo no me lee en el programa las manos que he jugado. Se queda todo en blanco y no me reconoce mis nicks . Es decir recoge datos de todos mis oponentes pero no los mios. Y en el directorio me dice que no hay manos guardadas
Podeis ayudarme? Gracias

On what poker site? If this is on PokerStars everything needs to be configured correctly to import your own hands:

PokerStars Configuration Guide

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so hand histories need to be saved in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History) and the PokerStars client needs to be running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English).

PokerStars y Winamax . Es como si no reconociera quien juega la mano.
Y cuando voy al directorio a ver si las manos están guardadas no se han guardado.
Solo las carga mientras juego. Cuando dejó de jugar desaparecen del directorio tanto del site como de ponertracker.
No me había pasado nunca

PokerTracker 4 moves your auto-imported files to your 'Processed' folder for performance reasons and you can access this location via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

Hoy he hecho una prueba.
He exportado manos de una database antigua de pokerstars y winamax a mi base de datos donde tengo el problema

Las de pokerstars me las ha descargado y las veo.
Las de Winamax me las ha descargado pero no me deja verlas .
He ido a ver las manos en la database y las de winamax recien descargadas ya no estaban.
A que puede deberse???

Make sure you have slected the right player in PokerTracker 4 and that you don't have any filters set that would prevent the data from appearing. If you need further assistance please open a Support Ticket with a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window and a sample of the hands you have imported.

Buscando soluciones he intentado cargar las manos desde el disco duro y no me deja con el siguiente error : "Error: Unrecognized file format: desktop.ini "

Pero no encuentro este archivo . Habia otro error que he sacado al lado de una carpeta y que me decia lo mismo con este archivo : " Unrecognized file format: prefs.json " Este si estaba y lo he movido hasta que me digais si debe estar ahi o no y donde ponerlo.
literalmente he intentado descargar desde aqui y me sale el archivo final que no se de donde sale

Todos estos problemas los tengo desde quese me descargó la ultima version de winamax poker. Hasta entonces todo me ha ido bien durante años

Download and install the version of PokerTracker 4 in this post. If that doesn't change anything turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce your issue by playing on a table for a few minutes and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
