Hola,
Tengo muchos años PokerTacker 4 y siempre me ha funcionado bien en Winamax pero los ultimos dias no me aparece el HUD en las mesas de cash pero si recoge las manos en el programa. ¿Como podria hacer para que apareciese el hud? Me ha pasado dos veces y las dos coincidieron que el dia anterior habia jugado torneos... no se si puede tener algo que ver-

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please update it:

otherwise turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can check your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
