Instal problem

Hello,

I know may be a little problem but I need help...I restore my PC and when I tried instaL PT again I saw this arror ,,an error occured executing the Microsoft VC++ runtime instaler.

Please can you help me?

Please manually download and install PostgreSQL v12 from here and for the two password boxes use 'dbpass' (no quotes) which is what PokerTracker 4 uses by default. If that installs successfully try starting PokerTracker 4 again but if that PostgreSQL install does not complete successfully then in Windows open File Explorer and enter the following in the address bar:

%localappdata%\Temp

In this folder there should be a file called 'install-postgresql.log' - please attach that file to a Support Ticket so we can follow up on this with you.

Thank you, I installed, after open PT I see ,,unable to connect to this database. Please check the configuration. Any advise?

At the end of the PostgreSQL v12 install did it say it installed successfully or not? What port and password were used for the install? Are you using the same connection settings in PokerTracker 4? This also might only be because a database PokerTracker 4 thinks is there no longer is so if things are installed and setup correctly you will have the option to create a new database which would allow PokerTracker 4 to start.

...so I did again, complete uninstall PT from my PC, deleted register etc and now I can say it works.
