Pt4 HUD only displaying hero stats, and only on 1 table

So I'm attempting to learn how to use a HUD and its stats. I'm using the HUD on Betonline MTTs, and so far I cannot find an answer to my problem. Right now the HUD stats are only displaying on me and nothing on my opponents. I've done a database cache rebuild and restarted the program and HUD a few times. I feel like it's likely there is an easy answer and that I'm just unaware of as a newb to Pt4. I am use AcepokerSolutions card catcher for Betonline. Please advise, any help is much appreciated!

We don't support that converter but your hands will need to be importing for the HUD to work and they also offer this software without tournament support so make sure you have the corect license. If everything is configured correctly go to 'HUD -> Edit HUD Profiles' and select the HUD profile you are using on the tables. Next make sure that your HUD group(s) are set to display for 'Everyone' and not 'Hero Only' under 'Group Properties'.
