HUD in PokerStars.es really slow to update/not showing

Hi,

HUD has been really slow to show and to update hands since the last 2 updates (worked OK 2 versions ago before the last one, I have updated twice lately).
I have tried to Full Rebuild cache and done the houskeeping for the BB.DD. Also tried to search again for the Directories configuration where the hands/tournaments save and even created a new one and tried to get the data from there but doesnt work.

The HUD just takes forever to show (maybe 5-10 hands) and then updates really slow at the same pace. Sometimes doesnt even show in some tables and only in 2-4. I play spin and go at PS.es.

Anything i can do? I am quite angry at this having tried so many things...

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing for a few minutes and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your log files and advise you accordingly. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

Thanks for the answer. I think I solved it. After creating a new BB.DD, i changed the folder where the hands and tournaments are saved. Used to be on a hidden folder and now are saved on a normal folder. Should not make any difference since it worked earlier witht he hidden folder, but who knows.
Also changed the HUD I was using as default for another one.

After all of this, started working. Went back to the original HUD and now its working.
