It seems like there is a mistake in the 'BB vs SB Open - 3bet' stat. The number of opportunities is not matching the ones for fold and call, which they should be?

The opportunities for those statistics will not always match. If the SB opens for a raise which is an all-in (or effectively puts the BB all-in) then those hands are not an opportunity to 3bet for the BB.
