"My Hands" tab not populating

I imported my ggpoker rush and cash hand history.
The HUD will show the balance of the session, but not the My Hands.

The 'My Hands' report in the 'Play Poker' section is only designed to show hands from the current session/day when playing live so if the hands you've downloaded from GGPoker are older than that you will not see them there. If you want to review all of your poker data you need to move to the 'View Stats' section where there are a variety of built-in reports and filters - see this tutorial video for an example. If you just want a list of all your hands you can go to 'My Reports' and create a 'Hand Report'. If you are still not seeing hands then make sure you do not have any active filters or tags that would prevent them from displaying otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket.
