HUD not working on higher limit after license upgrade

Hey guys !

I was wondering, is there anything I am suppose to do once I bought the licence upgrade for higher stakes ?

Everything worked fine playing Spin & Go as high as 10€, and as I was willing to jump to 25€ I bought the licence upgrade few weeks ago but it does not seem to work.

I tested almost every HUD profile I have and the problem seem to be always the same: the HUD does pop up, but stats seems frozen, nothing update as the game goes on.

Was I suppose to do anything on the software side, like change my licence file somewhere ?

In PokerTracker 4 rebuild your database cache via 'Database -> Database Management -> Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild' and that should fix it. If you have a large database this could take awhile so schedule accordingly.
