Hello
I play on ACR and realised that some hands are missing from the tournaments. It turned out that those hands are the ones when someone showed one of their hole cards after the hand ended. The example is below
Game Hand #1759624306 - Tournament #30032021 - Holdem(No Limit) - Level 8 (60.00/120.00)- 2023/06/26 18:47:07 UTC
Table '1' 6-max Seat #5 is the button
Seat 5: hakatava (1900.00)
Seat 6: CluelessClown (1100.00)
hakatava posts ante 12.00
CluelessClown posts ante 12.00
hakatava posts the small blind 60.00
CluelessClown posts the big blind 120.00
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Main pot 24.00
Dealt to CluelessClown [2c 7s]
hakatava raises 180.00 to 240.00
CluelessClown folds
Uncalled bet (120.00) returned to hakatava
hakatava shows [- Ac]
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot 264.00
Seat 5: hakatava (button) showed [- Ac] and won 264.00
Seat 6: CluelessClown (big blind) folded on the Pre-Flop
As you can see my opponent showed Ace after he won the pot and this hand is missing from my hand history.
Is there a solution to this promblem?
