I have followed all the steps to import hands from ignition but keep getting this error code
Error: Ignition: Unable to import hand. Reason: Invalid limit ( NL (6 max)) for hand #4487372304
why is this happening and how do I fix it.

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please update it otherwise attach this sample of hands to a Support Ticket. Thank you.
