Tournament Buy-in/winnings on acr

Hey my pt4 isn't tracking my buy-ins or results from tournaments just wondering if its a common issue or a bug on my end

Unfortunately the buy-ins are not included in the hand history or tournament summary file contents for Winning Poker Network (WPN/ACR). The buy-in is included in the filenames of the summary files in some cases, and PT4 uses that whenever possible, but sometimes it does not exist and sometimes it is in a format that isn't recognised but for any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually in PokerTracker 4 using the Tournament Results window:

If you compress some of your tournament hand history and tournament summary files for tournaments where the buy-in/result is not recorded and attach them to a Support Ticket we can see if the information is available. By default the original hand history files will have been moved to the Processed folder, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu. If you do not have the tournament summary files then please read the WPN Configuration Guide to enable that, as those files are needed too.
