Hi, I would like to know if there is a particular reason why the People's Poker hands of players who lose the showdown, if mucked, are not registered by PT4, while on the customer's HH they are visible, thanks

Mucked cards haven't been included in the hand history files provided by People's Poker so that information wouldn't be available to PokerTracker 4. If you have history files where this information is now included then please attach your examples to a Support Ticket.
