PT4 4.17.8 issue with ACR

Hi,

I just purchased PT4 and it inconsistently imports hands from ACR. Also, it seems the HUD will not work any more. It was working earlier today but for some reason stopped working several hours ago. Any ideas on where I should start troubleshooting?

If you had auto-import running when ACR was updating then close PokerTracker 4 and reinstall your ACR client. After reinstalling ACR make sure that the hand history folder exists, that the hands are being created as you play and that PokerTracker 4 is configured to import from that folder:
