Question about Effective Stack vs Actual Stack

Hi there!

I'd like to know how much EV bb/100 I'm generating with the stack size between 0-12bb and I don't know if I should use Effective Stack or Actual Stack filter. Can someone help me? I play MTT's.

Results are very different between both options:
With Effective Stack filter I'm generating 10bb/100
With Actual Stack filter I'm generating 6.5bb/100

Which filter should I take into account?

Thanks in advance :)

PS: Apologies if I posted this in the wrong place.

You can use either or both - it's up to you. Effective stack has a very specific meaning in PokerTracker - it's the amount you could potentially lose in a pot as of your first action in the hand. For example if the action folds to you in the small blind with an actual stack of 20bb but the player in the big blind has 10bb then your effective stack in that hand is 10bb since that's the maximum amount you could lose.
