v4.17.9 database backup

Hi,

I installed the latest v4.17.9 version and it forced me for a database backup.
The process is going for 12 hours now and I think something is wrong here.

What shall I do to get ready for the Friday grind? :)

The validation has failed and a small database like that will not take a very long time to backup so you should stop the process and try again. If you attempt another backup try saving the backup file using only English characters to the root of C:\ (you can move it elsewhere afterwards).

The backup isn't forced. You are offered the option to backup the database or skip the backup.

I have the exact same problem. Were you able to fix it?
I save it in c: but it always stops me at the TOC ERROR.
If I don't update the back up the pt4 doesn't work for me when I play on the tables the huds don't come up.
I sent a ticket to support but they haven't answered me in 3 days.

I stopped it and tried again with the root mentioned and the databeses one by one. It worked. TY!

True. I never realised the skip button, I was temped with the backup :) Sorry about my blindness.

I have 3 database and backed up one by one to C:/. It worked that way for me!

We do have a higher than normal ticket volume although your ticket is less than 2 days old. The date on your ticket was also reset when you replied to it again. You will receive a response when our technician reaches your ticket in the queue so please do not to reply to it again before then.
