Poker tracker View Stats issue

When I go to view my stats on poker tracker and im on the results tab, the last time poker tracker tracked my wins/losses was december of 2022. Ive played a decent amount of poker this year in 2023 but poker tracker does not show that. The tracker stopped after December of 2022. Everything else is working perfect. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Please make sure you have no filters active that would prevent data from appearing in your reports. Also if you have changed player/site then the new player will need to be selected or aliased to see those results otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window to a Support Ticket so we can see what you are seeing along with a small sample of your hands.
