PT4 not displaying SNG wins properly

Hi,

I just started using Poker Tracker 4, still on the Trial Version (v4.19.9). But it's not importing or displaying my PokerStars (Ontario) Sit and Go results properly.

In every SNG, it correctly attributes losses ($4.55 + 0.55 buy-in). But when I finish in the money. It doesn't represent the win.

Note in the provided graph, for all SNG where I monied, the Buy-In is 0.00+0.00 and the My C Net Won is $0.00

How can I fix this?

Please make sure you are saving PokerStars tournament summaries and importing them into PokerTracker 4 in addition to the hand histories:

PokerStars Configuration Guide - Tournament Summaries

For any existing tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window and/or request any summaries you didn't save from PokerStars and manually import them into PokerTracker 4. If this isn't working for you when you are saving and importing tournament summaries from PokerStars then please attach a sample of these hand history and tournament summary files to a Support Ticket.
