Issue of restore

Hi, i've chencked similar topic in the forum, but i still got issue of restoring database on my new PC.
So i do backup on my old pc and the DB size is 19G, what's weird is that PT4 tells me the est. backup archive size is around 1.1Gm, however when the backup finished, the real archive size is just 180mb,
then i just restore on my new pc, based on the advice from the forum, i didn't select check for all the optional files, then i just click restore, and when the process complete, it tells me that there is an error which i don't really understand, you can see from here:

And the restored db size is just 4G.
and then i re-opened PT4, i can see the default/active database is what i restored, however there is nothing, like no hands no namelist no results, no nothing

There is a known problem with backups of some large databases in the current release and the development team are working on the fix. If you want to receive a notification when that's available then please open a Support Ticket about the issue.
