HUD not working after update

Hey

I play on Pokerstars (the Danish version), and use PTR4 v4.17.10.

After an update on Pokerstars many of my setting were changed. I have restored most of them. But the HUD does not show up on regular tables. It does on Zoom tables though. Though my own name does never appear.

Also hands don't seems to be importing correctly. I can see no results in my actual PTR under cash game and hands played today.

How do I troubleshoot this?

Is PokerStars still set to save your hand history files?

Are the PokerStars hand history files being saved in English?

If that's setup correctly what folder are the hands being saved in? Make sure PokerTracker 4 is pointing to the correct folder and confirm that PokerStars is actually creating the hand history files on your computer while you are playing.
